PSA Impact! 2024 - Main Stage Speakers - (15 to 20 minutes)

Here is all the info you will need about getting your video footage and photos from Impact! 24

OPTION 1 - RAW FOOTAGE

All talks will be filmed with 5 cameras, including one roving/ operated and a reverse angle/ audience camera

Sound will be taken from the AV desk- and in all edit options (2 and above), this will be cleaned.
Your raw footage is delivered synchronised, so the clips match up in an editors timeline- but you will need to do any further post production yourself.
Bespoke editing packages are available on request

All editing options begin with the full length edit, which is cut from 4-5 angles
Slides will be included if requested
Pauses/ interuptions/ coughs etc are taken out
The cameras are balanced for exposure and colour, and the sound is cleaned to remove background noise/ hiss, resulting in a professionally shot and edited full length video
Your full talk video is delivered ready to post online.
Speakers often use this to show speaker bookers, as an example of an unedited talk (so they can see what they are getting)- or as a full length video from which they can extract sections (for social media/ showreels etc) themselves.

This is a great way to get a quick showreel made- around 2 minutes, made from clips of your talk.
This typically includes key takeaways, to give the viewer an idea of the value you offer-

Please note that the full length edit (option 2) is required, before I can put together the highlights reel.
Animated Titles/ Logo can be added for a small additional fee

Once the full length edit is complete, short sections can be taken out and used as social media videos.
I typically choose sections of your talk/ presentation that work as standalone sections, with a key takeaway that you can discuss in the comments- conversation in the video comments will increase the videos visibilty, views and engagement with the video.
Music is optional - I have a library of great licensed backing tracks from which I can choose something suitable
You have the option of choosing which sections are used if preferred
A further phase of editing is done for each social media video, to ensure a high production quality.
A CTA (Call to Action) slide- supplied by the speaker- can be included at the end
